The Constitutions of the United States and Texas are Enduring documents, not living documents to be interpreted at the whim of the judge, but instead to endure despite changes of opinions a fades of the day.

Timely Justice

It is the judge's duty to move the docket in a timely manner, ensuring that the citizens he serves are not made to wait for justice.

Fiscal Responsibility

Judges should keep their court budgets to a minimum as they are stewards of the taxpayers’ dollars.
